What warranty does my purchase have?

Coverage and duration depend on the product and its condition: new or pre-owned. Before paying, confirm the warranty for your phone, accessory or spare part with us. These conditions do not limit your consumer rights.

What should I do if my product develops a fault?

Message us on WhatsApp or visit Tecno Express. Tell us what you bought, when, and the fault. If possible, attach photos or a video to help us understand the case. We will explain how to bring the product for inspection.

Will the solution be repair, replacement or refund?

When a fault is covered by the warranty, repair is free. If the product cannot be repaired or the fault recurs, replacement or a refund may apply, depending on the case and your legal rights. We explain the diagnosis and applicable solution.

What if the product has impact or liquid damage?

We review each case. Damage caused by impact, liquids or misuse may be excluded when it is proven to have caused the reported fault. A warranty is not rejected solely because a mark or sign of moisture is observed.

Are the phones new or pre-owned?

We carry new and pre-owned phones. iPhone 14 and earlier are offered only pre-owned; from iPhone 15 onward, including its variants and iPhone Air, you can choose new or pre-owned. Availability and the actual price are confirmed before completing the purchase.

Do you ship within Colombia?

Yes. If the phone is available in Medellín, estimated delivery is 1–2 business days. For special orders from Miami or New York, estimated delivery is 5–8 business days. The exact time is confirmed on WhatsApp before payment.

Do you have a physical store in the Medellín area?

Yes. Our physical store is in Itagüí. We are open Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m.–10 p.m. Message us on WhatsApp for the exact location before visiting.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Nequi, Bancolombia and Daviplata. Payment details are confirmed directly on WhatsApp when checking your order.

Can I request a color that is not available?

Yes. We import phones and accessories directly. If we do not have the color or model you want, we can source it by special order from the United States.

Do you offer physical SIM and eSIM?

Yes. We carry phones with physical SIM and eSIM. Compatibility and availability depend on model, version and stock, so they are confirmed when ordering.

Are website prices final?

The general catalog does not publish unconfirmed prices. The store uploads priced promotions in its dashboard; final price and availability are verified on WhatsApp before payment.
